Lauren moved to Kilworth as a toddler and her family has been in the area ever since! Most of the Komoka/Kilworth residents that have been in the area 20/30 years will recognize the ADAMTHWAITE last name as she was the oldest of five kids and there was always a brother or sister going somewhere.

Lauren left Kilworth for a few years when she married but came back when it was time to raise a family!

Lauren opened FOOT WORx in 1999 in Strathroy and in 2016 with a hectic family life she decided to cut back and see her clients in her home! We are excited to have Lauren working with us here at Komoka Physiotherapy and Wellness!
