Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the insertion of fine needles superficially into the body at certain anatomical points. This treatment has been proven to be an effective modality to treat a number of conditions. Acupuncture can be used to relieve pain, increase mobility and assist the natural healing process. Instrument Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTm)
IASTM is successful in effectively treating many soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute or post-surgical. 
IASTM allows for the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions during rehabilitation that allows for faster rehabilitation and greater success when the goal is restoring range of motion, eliminating pain, and restoring normal function.
Laser Therapy

Low intensity laser therapy (LILT) uses photons of light to stimulate cells in damaged tissue. The light from the laser provides a source of energy that cells use to repair themselves. Your treatment plan is based on techniques proven by research that are specific to your condition. The use of kinesiotape is a technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion.  Kinesiotape is Latex-free and wearable for days at a time. Kinesiotaping is used safely in a variety of patient populations and successfully treats a variety of orthopedic, neuromuscular, neurological and other medical conditions.
