Nutrition Assessment $150 (in-person), $125 (virtual)

The initial assessment will take approximately 1 hour. The Registered Dietitian will review your dietary intake, medical history and lifestyle. Clients are welcome to bring a copy of their recent blood work for RD to review. The RD will assess your specific needs and provide you with a framework for your nutrition care plan (goals and recommendations).
​30 Minute Follow-Up $75

In the follow-up session, the Registered Dietitian will discuss the client’s progress and challenges with previous goals. RD will provide the client with knowledge and resources, and discuss an updated nutrition plan and goals. Any new blood work will be reviewed and discussed with the client.
45 Minute Follow-Up $90
In the follow-up session, offering more time at 45 minutes, the Registered Dietitian will review your progress and any challenges you’ve faced with your previous goals. This extended session allows us to dive deeper into your nutrition plan, offer meal planning, and discuss your updated goals in more detail. We’ll also review any new blood work and provide additional knowledge and resources to support your journey.​​
